Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please let us know how we can remedy it.
If for any reason you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, please contact us with 21 days of receipt of your order. An exchange or a full refund, minus shipping costs, will be issued once the item has been returned to us unused and undamaged.
Please note that customized / monogrammed items cannot be returned. This is a handmade item that has been made to your specifications and cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
